Pickup

Dear customers, kindly note that orders at the sales office and pick-up point are exclusively payable in cash; credit card payments are not accepted!

FREE Pickup:

Collect your orders at the sales office located at Тк южной ворота 19км мкад вл20с1. Orders are stored for 5 working days. Please bring your passport for access.

Opening Hours (Mon-Fri): 08:00 to 18:00 (shopping area open until 18:00)

We work 7 days a week

Delivery in Moscow (within the Moscow Ring Road)

Cost:

  • 250 rub. for orders up to RUB 1,500
  • 200 rub. for orders from 1500 rubles to 3000 rubles

Delivery Outside the Moscow Ring Road:

  • Up to 5 km: 300 rubles, then 20 rubles per additional km (up to 50 km). Specify distance in order comments.
  • Delivery Time: 1-2 days

Delivery to Podolsk, Klimovsk (MO): 

  • 300 rubles

Delivery to St. Petersburg:

  • Through Russian Post, additional cost based on delivery zone.

Delivery to Regions of Russia

  • Delivery to Russian regions incurs an additional cost based on the delivery zone.

Online Payment (Russian Post):

  • Register as a retail buyer on the site.
  • Choose “Delivery to Russian Post office (payment online)” at checkout.
  • Pay in the “Orders” section of your Personal Account.

Delivery within one/three working days, depending on the courier service load.

Outside the Moscow Ring Road

  • Cost: 30 rubles per km up to 50 km from the Moscow Ring Road. Specify distance in order comments.
  • Delivery within three working days, depending on courier service workload.

To the Transport Company

  • Machine downtime during unloading for over 30 minutes incurs a fee of 100 rubles for every 30 minutes (separate invoice).
